2.0 Making a contract with us
2.1 When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received and accept your order and that a contract has been made between us.
2.2 If for some reason your method of payment is rejected you will be advised and be invited to make payment by an alternative method. If no successful payment is made no contract will be made.
2.3 In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this. You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.
2.4 Images of products on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Your goods may vary slightly from the image shown on the website and will not include any of the pictured accessories, unless stated in the specification of the goods.
2.5 We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on this website. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the actual goods.
2.6 Whilst we try to be as accurate as possible, all information provided is approximate and is provided in good faith.
2.7 This contract is covered by English law.
2.9 You will be required to pay for the goods in full at the time of ordering.
2.10 We use secure payment facility for online purchases. You can pay for your order by Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card and PayPal.
2.11 Promotional prices only apply during the period stated.
2.12 All prices quoted on our website are in UK pounds and include Value Added Tax at the current rate.
2.13 Once your order has been confirmed, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
3.0 How to place order
3.1 You can use our website to place an order by selecting the product you wish to buy and adding it to your basket. Items you do not require can be removed from your basket at any time. If you prefer to order by telephone you can do so by calling 01639 642241.
3.2 The majority of our items can be personalised. When sending us your text requirements you must ensure that your Capitalisation is as you would like it and all your spelling and grammar is correct. We Do Not Check Spelling of words as everybody spells thing differently. So please ensure you have spelled things how you would like them. As we cut and paste your text requirements into or systems, we are unable to correct spelling errors after they have been engraved, printed or embroidered.

3.3 When selecting an image from our generic image catalogue please be advised that due to the different nature of each of our embroidery and printing methods for engraving, glass blasting, printing and embroidery the lines and shading of your image might vary slightly.
3.4 Images may incur an extra cost. This is clearly visible next to the image choice in the drop down menu.
3.5 We reserve the right to amend the layout to suit the size and shape of the item being personalised. If you wish to check your artwork prior to manufacturer please request this in the special instructions box on the checkout page.
4.0 Using your own design/logo or image
4.1 If you would like to use your own image we can design this for engraving, glass blasting, printing and embroidery.
4.2 We feel it is unfair to charge a standard rate for artwork as some designs are very simple and may not incur a cost.
4.4 Please be advised that if you have your image is designed for engraving and you wish to use your image next time for embroidery or sand blasting there may be an additional cost. This is due to the different type of image that each machine accepts. Some read vector and some read pixel.
4.5 We endeavour to email bespoke art work orders within 1-5 days
4.6 We endeavour to dispatch bespoke artwork orders within 1-7
5.0 Using our FastTrack Service
5.1 We can FastTrack your order and delivery. Please contact us directly via email or telephone to discuss your requirements. We need to check that the products you want are available immediately and that we can carry out any engraving and/or artwork you require. Charges ‘may’ be applicable and these charges are explained on the FastTrack page before you submit your contact form.
5.2 We endeavour to email art work for FastTrack order within 1-2 days.
5.3 We endeavour dispatch FastTrack orders in 1-3 days. We will confirm this to you when you contact us directly.
6.0 Delivery & Carriage Charges
6.1 Depending on which service you have selected goods will normally be dispatched from our workshop within 2-7 working days and any estimated dispatch date is an estimate, which can change without notice.
6.2 We will normally deliver goods within 1-2 working days of dispatch.
6.3 Your order may arrive in more than one delivery
6.4 We can deliver anywhere in mainland United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. Charges may occur to Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland and Chanel Irelands.
6.5 UK charges apply to British Forces post office addresses
6.6 We do not normally deliver outside of the above mentioned areas. If you would like a quote for postage outside the above mentioned then please contact us via the information on the contact us page.
6.7 You may specify a delivery address which is different from your billing address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
6.8 Delivery will be made as soon as possible. Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm. We only process and dispatch orders during these timescales. All delivery and dispatch timescales quoted on the website do not include weekends or bank holidays Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve or New Years Day. You will be notified before checkout if there are any other closures or despatch delays.
6.9 Due to the delicate and fragile nature of our products some products are only available for courier delivery as they are insured and dealt with carefully.
6.10 For non-fragile products up to 1kg that fit into either a letter or small Royal Mail parcel customers can choose from standard 2nd Class Royal Mail delivery which is 2-3 days, First Class Royal Mail delivery which is 1-2 days
or overnight, next day delivery and insured courier (explained in 6.10)
Standard 1-3 day delivery charges are (non-fragile products only)
Packet up to 750g - £1.99
First Class 1-2 day delivery charges are (non-fragile products only)
Small Parcel up to 1kg and not exceeding 35x45x8cm - £3.99
6.11 Orders over 1kg or over the small parcel size (35x45x8cm) will be delivered by overnight and insured courier.
1kg and up to10kg - £6.99
Over 10kg will be £6.99 plus .30p for every 1kg.
6.14 Customers will be able to select their chosen delivery method on checkout once the weight of their order has been calculated and before payment is entered into.
6.15 Using Royal Mail: First Class Royal Mail is not insured, by selecting this option you take responsibility for ensuring your parcel is received by an authorised person. We will post to the address you specify as your delivery address in your order.
6.16 If you have not received your items, you must check with your local sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you
6.17 In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee up to 100% of the sales price of the reproduced product.
6.18 In the event you have not received your order, we must allow the following timescales before we can take further action and claim back from the relevant carrier for lost items
Standard delivery: 14 working days from date of despatch
First Class delivery: 10 working days from date of despatch
Next day delivery: 2 working days from date of despatch
6.20 Goods will be delivered to the premises you specify on your order. You must be at home to accept delivery of your order, which is normally between 9:00am and 6:00pm Monday-Friday. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage if you instruct the delivery company to leave the goods unattended.
6.21 After two failed delivery attempts (or if you are not at home for an agreed delivery) the goods may be returned to the factory and we reserve the right to charge you an additional re-delivery charge.
6.22 If you change the delivery address once the goods have been dispatched to you, we reserve the right to pass on any extra charges made by our carriers for redirecting your delivery.
6.23 Please check the goods on delivery - any goods found to be missing or damaged should be notified to us via eMail email@example.com within 3 working days. If 3 working days pass we will assume you have accepted the goods.
6.24 Sometimes, for reasons beyond our control we may be prevented from delivering your goods as planned. These might include things such as accidents, breakdowns, fire, flood, storm, severe weather, acts of god, war, riot, civil commotion, malicious damage or the default of our suppliers. We will try to put things right as soon as possible however we can’t be responsible where this causes a delay or failure in delivering your goods.
6.25 Time is not the essence of the contract unless expressly stated otherwise in writing by a Director of the Company.
7.0 Cancellation and Returns
7.1 In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, subject to conditions, the Customer has the right to cancel any order for any reason and get a full refund at any time before he receives the Goods, or up to 7 working days after he receives the Goods. To cancel the Order the Customer must put it in writing, within that time to the address or E-Mail in the contact us page.
7.2 The right to cancellation is not available to Goods already personalised. Therefore if you are ordering an item to be personalised please be advised that we may start work on your order immediately and you will not be able to cancel or make alterations.
7.3 Cancelled orders shall be returned in re-saleable condition, in original packaging and protected and insured during transit at your own cost. We recommend you use a “signed for” service. The Seller reserves the right to make a handling and restocking charge of 25% on Goods which are returned because they were ordered in error or are no longer required by the buyer.
7.4 We will refund all monies paid to us by you including any postage / carriage within 14 days, less any costs due under this contract.
7.5 Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel an order without our mutual agreement.
7.6 This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
8.0 Faulty Goods / Guarantee
8.1 Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.2 If there is a problem with the goods, please notify us by email or in writing providing details of the problem. Its helpful if you can provide us with a digital photograph of the problem as this normally saves you having to return the goods for inspection. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.
8.3 All goods are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against faulty workmanship and materials, subject to the terms and conditions of that warranty.
8.4 If an exchange is necessary, this will be arranged without unreasonable delay and without charge. Replacement goods will not be dispatched until the original goods have been received at our warehouse and checked or we are satisfied with photographic evidence that the goods are faulty or damaged through our fault.
8.5 The cost of returning goods to us is your responsibility, however on inspection we will refund your reasonable postage costs, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you, however you will be required to cover our reasonable postage costs.
8.6 If an item is no longer available we will offer an alternative. However our liability will be to replace the faulty goods only and we are unable to guarantee an exact match. In this instance you will have the option of a refund.
8.7 Where we replace faulty goods you are responsible for their disposal if they have not previously been returned to us.
8.9 All products are manufactured within tolerances of +/- 1.5mm.
9.1 We do not accept liability for any consequential loss of profit or indirect losses
9.2 Trade or Business Customers. The following conditions apply to orders placed by Trade or Business Customers.
9.3 Orders may not be cancelled except with our mutual agreement and having been confirmed in writing by a Director or our company. We reserve the right to make cancellation and/or re-stocking charges.
9.4 Claims for missing or damaged items must be made within 3 days of delivery.
